The brief
CLEANWISE carried out post-refurbishment and final-cleaning work at Thorpe Academy. The requirement was to coordinate the cleaning programme around the final project phase and the required presentation standard.
Scope and coordination
The agreed work covered the relevant post-refurbishment cleaning and final presentation tasks. Programme coordination accounted for other trades, access and any agreed snagging activity.
Completion
The work was checked against the agreed scope, with completion evidence and follow-up arrangements used where included in the project requirements.
