The requirement
CLEANWISE was instructed through FM4U Facilities Management to complete agreed roof and exterior work at two Rockliffe Hall Lodges. The natural slate roof and premium hospitality setting called for a material-led method, planned access and a clear completion record.
The work is presented as a defined project package rather than as a broader contract or client endorsement.
Method and access
The agreed roof method used manual moss removal and scraping followed by professional biocide treatment. High-pressure washing was not used on the natural slate roof.
Access equipment and working areas were arranged as required by the site set-up. The confirmed scope also included gutter clearance, external gutter cleaning and exterior/detail work.
Completion evidence
The project was completed on 22 July 2026. The supplied before, action and after imagery is retained as a factual visual record of the agreed work and planned access arrangement.
Roof condition, material, access and final scope should always be assessed individually before a method is agreed for another property.
