Operational brief
CLEANWISE supported a Northern Education Trust summer cleaning programme through the Principal Project & Management LTD instruction route. CLEANWISE describes the wider programme as involving more than 20 schools; this case study retains only the named site records and qualified combined-programme evidence supplied for it.
The selected records cover Mount Pellon NET College, Thorpe Academy, St Peter’s Primary in Hartlepool, All Saints Primary in York, Farringdon and a combined four-school Cumbria completion record.
Delivery approach
Scopes were planned around the individual site requirement, accessible work areas, timing, access and any practical coordination needed for the holiday period. The records show selected sanitary, teaching, support, kitchenette, circulation and floor areas rather than a claim about every room at every site.
The programme approach was to work to the agreed instruction, retain practical completion evidence where required and document limitations or exceptions transparently.
Evidence and boundaries
The gallery uses user-labelled before, after and completion photography. Farringdon is an after-works record only, while the Cumbria material is a combined completion record because individual school names and image-to-site allocation were not supplied.
At Mount Pellon, the exterior pressure-washing record relates to selected entrance, canopy, perimeter and hard-surface areas. Any further chemical treatment was a separate recommendation subject to approval, site-specific safe systems of work, COSHH, compatibility checks and runoff controls; it is not presented as completed work.
